Summary of Experience
Ms. Reiser conducts complex quantitative analyses related to commercial litigation and government investigations. Her work has included matters related to the False Claims Act, antitrust and competition, class actions, and false advertising. Ms. Reiser supports damages experts and industry experts, and outside of the expert phase of litigation, she designs multi-tiered, dynamic settlement models and assists clients with complex data production. Ms. Reiser’s experience spans multiple industries, including health care, technology, and finance. She has supported many experts in all phases of the litigation process, including pretrial discovery, preparation of expert reports, depositions, and trial testimony.
