Summary of Experience

Dr. Seitz has a broad range of expertise in antitrust economics, class certification, labor economics, econometrics, and applied microeconomics. She has extensive experience on cartel matters spanning multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, labor markets, and consumer products. Dr. Seitz has worked on a series of high-profile antitrust matters involving allegations of no-poach and wage-fixing agreements in health care and technology. She also has expertise in data privacy litigation, including cases involving the collection of biometric information and cases at the intersection of data privacy and antitrust. Dr. Seitz has authored expert reports and provided testimony in employment and class certification litigation.

Dr. Seitz’s research has been published in the CPI Antitrust Chronicle, International Economic Review, The Review of Economic Studies, the Journal of Labor Economics, and ABA Antitrust Law Section publications Distribution and Antitrust. She was formerly a coeditor at LABOUR: Review of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Seitz taught labor economics and econometrics at Queens University and Boston College.
